lost 2.4lbs in one night!! is that right?? i keep checking the scales my body fat has gone down but water has gone up! whats going on?? and did u know that one slice of edam cheese has 342 cals omg nearly died!! NEED SOME ADVICE PEOPLE.

not been on here in a long time! been in recover now feel like **** and im back at square one! well today iv had a massive 1068 and i dont plan on having anymore at ALL!! iv done 40 mins aerobics and im going to do some more before bed if anyone has any tips for me please do so! i plan to have 263 tomorrow or less feel soo down NEED SOME SUPPORT PPL XX

im back after 19 weeks of not being here im now on a very strick routine and im sticking to it!! im on a journey of losing as much weight as i can by july. does any one want to come on this journey with me??

russian gymnast diet

i m considering doing this diet let me know how it goes should anyone do this b4 me xx

Breakfast:
Glass of either orange or apple juice

Lunch:
Fruit Salad (made off kiwi fruit, orange, pineapple, and peeled apples)
Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)

Dinner:
Glass of non carbonated water*
Green apple

Anyone on this diet for 5-7 days can loose between 4 lbs-11 lbs
*non carbonated means non fizzy, so like normal water.

2day i as suppose to start my fast bt my mum came to me 4 a chat and brought me some toast. thanx god it was multi seeded!! i had half a slice of that, then ran to the gym and burnt 800cals. did some stomach crunches. got home and had some veg and a banana. so far iv had about 200. i dnt plan on having anymore food gana stick to water and take some pills lata. how u all doing 2day?

 just had a bad hiccup i binged on pasta and then purged i feel much better for purging i have more energy but im gana start ma 3day fast again tomorrow. just took alot of laxative as well!!

20mins ago was the last time im going to go into my kitchen today.
 all day i have eaten:

morning: 4 spoon fulls of weetabix
                 half slice of multiseeded toast
                  1 glass of orange juice

lunch: quater tin of low fat chicken soup 30 cals

           half slice of multiseed again

            1 banana

dinner: half corn on cob                                       exercise: 30 mins of pace walking

              string beans

              1 and half rivita

               half croissant

               glass of orange juice

this is my first journal to my new self i am sick of the fat on my body again!! and its making me depressed. need to have under 600 cals to be the weight i want 2 b on december 9th thats 67 days away. just hope that i can get the support and help that i need off some new ppl i can meet on here. staying strong..
